Introduction

This section contains information to assist the Service Desk with requests concerning the Technology1 Core Enterprise Suite (T1 CES) platform.

Technology1 provide a platform covering

• Core Enterprise Suite - known as CES, or the finance system

• Enterprise Content Management - known as ECM, the records/document management system

• Property & Rating - known as P&R, used by such processes as Academic Integrity

• Student Management - known as SM

The platform is a SaaS service.
