Technology1 Platform
Introduction
The Technology1 (T1) platform comprises a number of applications used by Southern Cross University staff and students:
CES - Core Enterprise Suite - the Finance system, known as CES
ECM - Enterprise Content Management - document management system
P&R - Property and Rating - used by Academic Integrity
SM - Student Management - self explanatory
Apart from production, there are a number of non-production environments.
The platform is a SaaS system, hosted by T1.
Access
Access to the environments is via public URL and by then entering SCU credentials (see the sections below concerning each of the T1 applications for more information).

Core Enterprise Suite
Not all staff are given access to Core Enterprise Suite (CES). Access must be requested through the form https://www.scu.edu.au/media/secure/staff/finance/documents/T1-Financials-Access-Form-May-2024.pdf
Enterprise Content Management
This application is only available to those staff that work in Records Management.
