Access to existing Dashboards is provided by a Security Group. Please assign the request to the IS team.
Extra Information about PowerBi and PowerBi Pro
Free/Basic License – can publish dashboards to a public space/cloud, to view public dashboards (only Grades Dashboard)
Pro License – required for editing and sharing private dashboards (not Grades), also some Org Units Business Intelligence/Student Services. Need a license to view private dashboards etc
Enabling of licenses is done by IS team (adding to AD groups), but need to confirm what access they require so ask/check

Other Dashboards = Pro
By default no staff have access to PowerBi even though it appears in the waffle
TS Support is only to provide the license (add to groups etc) the rest is in the sections
