Common area phones
The common area phones will be available for multiple people to access and will be located in the following places:
Foyers/Receptions
Lecture theatres and selected teaching spaces
Laboratories
Libraries
and other areas that pose a potential health and safety risk
Common area phones are set up as devices rather than users, and can automatically sign into a network.
These phones will be pre-programmed with relevant contact numbers for easy dialling.
