Service Desk - In Person Support
Technology Service Desk also offers in-person support for students on-campus
Support Includes
Access issues for SCU systems and services
Basic assistance with MySCU/Blackboard
Wireless access support (WiFi)
Print/Copy/Scanning
Basic issues with personal devices such as;
Assistance downloading and installing supported SCU applications e.g. Office
Assistance setting up email on mobile phones etc
Location & Hours
During Week 1 and Week 2 (Term 1) @ Lismore & Gold Coast Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm

Hours can be subject to change, there will be a sign.
