Service Desk - In Person Support

Technology Service Desk also offers in-person support for students on-campus

Support Includes

  • Access issues for SCU systems and services

  • Basic assistance with MySCU/Blackboard

  • Wireless access support (WiFi)

  • Print/Copy/Scanning

  • Basic issues with personal devices such as;

    • Assistance downloading and installing supported SCU applications e.g. Office

    • Assistance setting up email on mobile phones etc

Location & Hours

During Week 1 and Week 2 (Term 1) @ Lismore & Gold Coast Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm

  • Monday to Friday 9:00am - 3:30pm (CLOSED 12:00-1:00PM)

  • E.G.19 (under Library stairs)

  • Includes the Student Learning Centre (SLC) - equipment loans

  • Additionally, we support TAFE and CHSC students and staff accessing their systems and services

 

  • Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

  • Level 1, Building C, Gold Coast Campus

 

  • Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

  • Level 1, The Learning Centre Lismore Campus
